Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in St Petersburg, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The purpose of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to obtain competitive pricing for the replacement of the main distribution panel in the JU Building, which is 30 plus years old and at the end of life, per plans and specifications, in accordance with the contract documents and Chapter 255 of the Florida Statutes. Deadline for Questions Must be received PRIOR to: February 26, 2026 @ 5:00 PM ET Any questions from Bidders concerning this project that require the Commission to provide an official answer shall be submitted in writing to the Procurement Manager.
