A timeline for rebid has not been established.* Demolition and Site Restoration of 673 Hawthorne Avenue This request for quotation is being offered solely to City of Cincinnati-Certified Small Business Enterprises (SBEs) in accordance with section 321-13 of Cincinnati Municipal Code. Bidders must submit pricing on all commodity lines on electronic bid. Blank pricing on commodity lines will be considered a bid of $0.00. Prices in the contract include all risk of delay, damage and destruction from all causes whatsoever; all labor, material, and transportation; and all other work, equipment, and expenses of whatever nature necessary or incidental to the performance, completion and maintenance, in perfect condition of the work herein specified during the progress of and until completion and final acceptance of same. Furnish all necessary labor, tools, equipment, appliances and facilities to move or raze the buildings or structures, as specified, together with all attachments located on the premises, including all required backfill and restoration. Questions or requests for additional information regarding this solicitation shall be directed in writing to the assigned City of Cincinnati Buyer, Lashaun Marshall, via email at lashaun.marshall@cincinnati-oh.gov. No oral interpretation will be made to any bidder as to the meaning of the Bid and/or Contract Documents or any part thereof. Every request for such an interpretation shall be made in writing to the City. Any inquiry received within a reasonable time prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids will be given consideration. Every interpretation made to a bidder will be on file in the office of the Department of Procurement. In addition, copies will be mailed to each person holding Bid and/or Contract Documents. It shall be the bidder's responsibility to make inquiry as to any interpretations issued. All such interpretations shall become part of the Bid and/or Contract Documents and all bidders shall be bound by such interpretations whether or not received by the bidders.
