Questions or requests for additional information regarding this solicitation shall be directed in writing to the assigned City of Cincinnati Buyer, Jennifer Sherman, via email at jennifer.sherman@cincinnati-oh.gov. Please submit all questions, in writing, via email, by August 29, 2025, at 12:00 PM ET. SCOPE OF WORK The Department Public Services’ Traffic and Road Operations Division (TROD) is requesting the purchase and installation of three (3) new brine maker systems to meet the demands of de-icing road conditions as applicable for their winter month operations. The new brine makers will need to be installed at TROD’s Valley View, Dunbar, and Crookshank facilities, along with training provided to City staff. SPECIFICATIONS All work shall be performed and materials furnished in accordance with the following specifications: (1) Exhibit A – Detailed Specifications (2) Exhibit B – Wage Determination and Contractor Affidavits (attached hereto)
