Site work for a civil project in La Broquerie, Manitoba. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and road / highway.

Work of this Contract comprises of the remediation of the Rural Municipality of La Broquerie Manitoba EMO Sites #5/#40, #7, #21, #24, and #49. The overall work for each site is outlined below. .1 Site #5/#40 consists of culvert replacement and remediation of slope failures and erosional damage along the southern side slope of the Road 33N embankment and along the eastern side slope of the Twin River Road embankment. The total length of Site #5/#40 is approximately 45 m. .2 Site #7 consists of culvert replacement and remediation of erosional damage along the ditch immediately west of Gagnon Road (Road 44E) between Marchand Road (Road 30N) and Road 32N. The total length of Site #7 is approximately 1210 m. .3 Site #21 consists of remediation of slope movements along the western and southern side slopes of the ditch immediately north of the private driveway to a property at 46 Rue Gerard Tetrault Street. The total length of Site #21 is approximately 16 m. .4 Site #24 consists of remediation of the erosional damage and tension cracking along the eastern and southern sides slopes of the ditch immediately north of the private driveway to a property at 30416 Gagnon Road. The total length of Site #24 is approximately 18 m. .5 Site #49 consists of remediation of the erosional damage and embankment slumping along the western and eastern side slopes of the Wells Road (Road 46E) embankment, extending to the northern side slope of the Road 27N embankment west of Wells Road. The total length of Site #49 is approximately 70 m. Bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond and an Agreement to Bond, issued by a Surety Company licensed to conduct business in Canada, and acceptable to the Owner. The Bid Bond shall be in an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of total bid price. The Bid Bond shall be valid for a period of not less than sixty (60) days from the date of tender. A performance bond of a company registered to conduct the business of a surety in Manitoba, in the amount of fifty percent (50%) of the Contract Price; and A labour and materials bond of a company registered to conduct the business of a surety in Manitoba, in the amount of fifty percent (50%) of the Contract Price.
