Site work for a civil project in Paintsville, Kentucky. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Phase 3: North and South Alignment Design and construction of approximately 12,700 linear feet of structural flood risk reduction measures on the North and South banks of Paint Creek vicinity Main Street, Walnut Avenue, and Euclid Avenue. This phase includes proposed revisions to the south levee alignment vicinity Walnut Avenue. Status: Planned features vicinity Walnut Avenue are being examined for re-alignment 1. Reduce number of required closure structures 2. Lessen impact to existing utilities (power, water, internet, storm water, sewer) 3. Fewer disruptions to residential quality of life Staged Construction - Phase 3A – North Alignment, State Street Levee, CSX Properties - Phase 3B – South Alignment, Walnut Avenue, Mill Branch Interceptor As of August 18, 2025, timeline: April 2026- Phase 3A: RE Certification. April 2027- Phase 3B: RE Certification. May 2027- Phase 3A Construction Contract Award.
