Renovation of a retail development in Paintsville, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a retail development.
Replacement of storefront glazing and automatic storefront doors and one egress stair door and hardware. A certified check or bank draft, payable to the Housing Authority of Paintsville, U.S. Government Bonds, or a satisfactory bid bond executed by the bidder and acceptable sureties in an amount equal to five (5) percent of the bid, shall be submitted with each bid. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory performance and payment bonds. All Bidders shall include with their bid a statement from an acceptable surety that if their bid is accepted, the surety will furnish to the Bidder the required performance and payment bond or bonds required by the contract documents The Housing Authority of Paintsville reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality in the bidding. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days subsequent to the opening of bids without the consent of the Housing Authority of Paintsville. Work included in but not limited to this section; Scope of Work at KY027-04 1. Replacement of storefront glazing and automatic doors. 2. Replacement of stair egress door and hardware.
