The firm must have successfully completed no less than two (2) projects of similar size and complexity within the last five (5) years. Firms must be licensed by the State of Florida for the work they are to perform. The Owner and Chris-Tel Construction reserve the right to waive any and all irregularities and informalities and to reject any or all bids for any reason.
