Repair NPS Dorms Gutters and Windows at Keesler AFB, MS involves construction work with a magnitude between \$1,000,000.00 and \$5,000,000.00. The acquisition is set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. Pricing must be submitted in Section B of Standard Form 1442. CLIN 0001 includes all items within the Statement of Work (SOW), specifications, and drawings except total window replacement. CLIN 0002 covers unit pricing for complete window replacement, contingent upon funding availability. Offerors must acknowledge all solicitation amendments. A site visit is scheduled for 20 August 2025 at 2:00 PM CDT, with access requirements including valid ID, vehicle registration, and insurance, as detailed in clause 52.236-27. Funds are not currently available, and no award will be made until funding is secured. The Government may cancel the solicitation at any time without reimbursement obligations.
