Sealed bids are invited for the 'HRM Building Renovation' at the Harrison County Campus of Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College. Bids must be single stipulated sum bids for all work required by the Contract Documents. Bids may be submitted as physical sealed proposals or electronically. All proposals must be on file with the College prior to the bid opening, clearly marked on the outside as 'HRM Building Renovation.' Bidders must include bid security as required by the Instructions to Bidders. Performance and Payment Bonds are required from the successful bidder. All bidding contractors must comply with Mississippi law regarding Certificate of Responsibility, and resident contractors will receive preference over non-residents as dictated by state law. Non-resident contractors must submit their state's laws regarding treatment of non-resident contractors with their proposals. No bidder may withdraw their bid within sixty days after opening.
