Reference Number 0000396038 The Town is requesting proposals for roadway maintenance improvements to an existing dirt road and the construction of the first parking area on the Lost Canyon Ranch Open Space. The work will include grading, installing class 6 roadbase, installing retaining walls, drainage improvements as well as the first trailhead parking lot with concrete walks and stairs. Additional alternates are being requested for our Willow creek trail maintenance access route as well as our second gravel parking lot. No Bidder may withdraw a Bid for a period of Thirty days after the date fixed for opening the Bids. The Town of Castle Rock reserves the right to cancel this Invitation to Bid; reject any Bid, in whole or in part; to adjust the quantity of Work to be done as mandated by budgetary requirements; and to waive informalities or irregularities in the Bids received; when it is in the Town's best interest to do so.
