The purpose of this project is to rehabilitate the Service Dock and South Launch Ramp Wall at the North Bay marina. The facility is located at 225 Memorial Drive in North Bay on the north shore of Lake Nipissing. The work involves encapsulating the existing steel sheet pile walls (approx. 55 m) with a new wall consisting of precast concrete panels between H-piles and a concrete deck. This is a two phase selection process. Bidders responding to this selection process are requested to submit a bid in two phases. Phase 1 bid covers only the qualifications and experience of the Bidder. Following the evaluation of the submissions, Bidders will be advised of their standings. Pre-Qualified Bidder(s) will advance to Phase Two. Bidders will be sent via email an Invitation to Tender (ITT) including the specification and drawings for the financial evaluation in relation to the requirement. The estimated contract period will be 6 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2025/09/15. The Contractor must perform and complete the Work by March 31, 2026.
