Labor, materials, equipment, tools, and for the service, repair, maintenance, replacement, installation, and/or upgrade of plumbing systems in WVU owned buildings in Morgantown, WV Description Building and Facility Construction and Maintenance Services Structures and Building and Construction and Manufacturing Components and Supplies Plumbing fixtures Manufacturing Components and Supplies Pipe piping and pipe fittings Water treatment and supply equipment Building and facility maintenance and repair services West Virginia University on behalf of its Board of Governors ("BOG") located in Morgantown, West Virginia ("WVU" or "University") is initiating this Request for Proposals ("RFP") for the following: for the following: Contract with a minimum of two (2) qualified licensed Plumbing Contractors to provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, and supervision necessary for the service, repair, maintenance, replacement, installation, and/or upgrade of plumbing systems in West Virginia University owned buildings, on the WVU Morgantown (Morgantown, WV) campuses, as needed. Award of a contract does not obligate West Virginia University to engage the Contractor in performing any minimum amount of service during the term of the Agreement.
