Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Morgantown, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The scope of this project consists of four (4) contracts: Contract A is for General Interior and Exterior Rehabilitations, Contract B is for Window Replacement, Contract C is for Exterior Rehabilitation and Painting, and Contract D is for Paving Rehabilitation. The Contracts consist of furnishing labor and materials and performing all work set forth in the Advertisement for Bids, Information for Bidders, Bid and Bid Schedule (Bid Form including Unit Price Basis of Bid), General Conditions, Supplementary Conditions, Specification Special Conditions, Technical Specifications and Plans (Drawings) prepared by Potesta & Associates, Inc., and all addenda issued prior to receipt of Bids. The Work to be bid upon is generally described as follows: The Hazel's House of Hope Renovations Project consisting of indoor and outdoor painting, wall repairs, floor repairs, replacing windows, HVAC replacement, canopy installation, elevator repair, chair lift installation, concrete sidewalk work and asphalt paving. Bids will be opened using a two-envelope bidding system as outlined in the contract documents. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Evidence of a current and valid West Virginia Contractor's License, a Certification of Equal Employment Opportunity, a Certification of Non-segregated Facilities, a Drug Free Workplace Conformance Affidavit, and a West Virginia Jobs Act Compliance Certification is required. Bids received after the scheduled closing time for the reception of bids will be returned unopened to the bidders. Morgantown Community Resources, Inc. reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to award the Project to a Bidder other than the low Bidder and to waive any informality in bidding. Morgantown Community Resources, Inc. reserves the right to reject any and all bids that are not in the best interest of Morgantown Community Resources, Inc. In addition, Morgantown Community Resources, Inc. also reserves the right to terminate the Work at any time due to noncompliance with Morgantown Community Resources, Inc.'s expectations and requirements.
