The Morgantown Utility Board requests qualification submittals for professional services to assist in implementing and managing its municipal separate storm sewer system (MS4) permit within Monongalia County, West Virginia. The project consists of developing a storm water management program, submitting annual reports, field monitoring, and documentation that ensure compliance with the new NPDES General Permit. Prospective Consultants must register by submitting a written Expression of Interest (EOI). Those who submit an EOI will receive a formal Request for Qualifications (RFQ). A Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) must then be submitted. The evaluation and selection of consultants will be based on demonstrated competence and qualification in accordance with relevant West Virginia Code and federal equal opportunity and affirmative action requirements. The Morgantown Utility Board reserves the right to reject any or all responses and to waive any informality in the evaluation and/or selection process.
