Sealed bids are requested for the construction of Morgantown's Bike Skills Pump Track Project. The project generally consists of site preparation and construction of a concrete skatepark including a halfpipe and a mini-ramp, a series of asphaltic concrete bike skills features such as progressive jumps and bank returns, accessible pathways, seating, parking, and a bike repair stand below Whitemore Park, along Deckers Creek Trail near Valley Crossing. All bidders must provide documentation of qualifications and a successful history in building skateparks and pump tracks. Experience with general concrete or paving projects is not a suitable substitute. A two-envelope system will be used. Prospective bidders may examine detailed bidding documents online.
