Demolition and site work for a mixed-use development in Fresno, California. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; for site work for a residential development; and water / sewer project.
The scope of work includes but is not limited to demolition and removal of the existing on-site building and associated improvements. The project will also include the cutting and capping of the existing sewer and water utilities. Any questions concerning this bid should be referred to the designated Procurement Specialist, Veronica Brandon at veronica.brandon@fresno.gov and may be submitted electronically by utilizing the Questions and Answers field on Online , or by contacting the City of Fresno Purchasing Division, at (559) 621- 1332 Liquidated Damages : $500 Per Day for Each Calendar Day Project Duration : 20 Working Days from the date of Notice to Proceed A 100 percent Payment Bond and 100 percent Performance Bond for all public works contracts of $25,000 or more must be filed with the Contract Documents and approved by the City before the Contractor enters upon performance of the Work. A copy of the resolution is on file at the Office of the City Clerk.
