Project Duration THREE (3) year contract with TWO (2) possible ONE (1) year extensions. Online Q&A Yes Q&A Deadline 09/23/2025 5:00 PM (PDT). The Fresno-Clovis Regional Wastewater Reclamation Facility (RWRF) seeks service and testing for Five Clever Brookes CFC-E 700 series boilers. The service shall include up to 60 hours of standard time, defined as 7:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday, prescheduled work. Plus, up to 40 hours of after-hours service from 5:00pm to 7:00am and anytime Saturday and Sunday. This rate will be based on emergency boiler repair and non-prescheduled work. If work is required past 5:00pm, it must be approved by RWRF management or designee, before work can be continued. In addition to the general service hours, an Annual Boiler Inspection & Annual Boiler 4304 Compliance Tune are required for each condensing boiler. The Annual Inspection & Tune requires the boilers to be internally inspected based on the manufacturer's recommendations, which includes a 4304 Compliance Tune. The Annual Tune is about 6 months, opposite the Annual Inspection & Tune, and is a 4304-compliance check, as the PEER requires. The Annual Boiler Inspection shall be charged as a lump sum and include the 4304 Compliance Tune per boiler. The Annual 4304 Compliance Tune shall be charged as a lump sum per boiler.
