New construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Fresno, California. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field.

Bids shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or a bidder's bond in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of total bids made payable to Fresno Unified. Notice is hereby given that the Fresno Unified School DISTRICT ("DISTRICT") will receive sealed bids for Bid No. 26-14, Edison Bethune Charter Academy Shade Structure and Site Improvements, installation of new steel shade structure, concrete flatwork, fencing and landscaping. Prime Contractor must have a valid Class "B" Contractor's License. The time allowed for completion for the project shall be 90 Calendar days.
