Notice is hereby given that the Fresno Unified School DISTRICT ("DISTRICT") will receive sealed bids for Bid No. 26-12, Early Learning Portable Building Conversion and Site Improvement at 1001 S. Chestnut Ave (Rebid), to remodel and convert the existing PACE building into an infant toddler building and five classrooms into four preschool classrooms and one work room. Site improvements includes but is not limited to adding playgrounds, relocating and adding fencing, and new PC shade structure. The time allowed for completion for the project shall be 150 Calendar days. This Project is estimated to be over $1,000,000 and is subject to prequalification, in accordance with Public Contract Code 20111.6. Prequalification applications are to be submitted through Quality Bidders Bids shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or a bidder's bond in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of total bids made payable to Fresno Unified.
