This project consists, but is not limited to, the following: -Asbestos abatement -Removal and replacement of existing roofing materials -Removal and replacement of three (3) rooftop air handler units, associated ductwork, platforms, and electrical power -Removal and replacement of existing thermostats -Removal and replacement of two (2) water pumps -Alteration of existing crickets -Installation of new decorative roof mounted railing SCOPE OF WORK: Furnish all labor, equipment and materials and related items necessary and required to complete the work asindicated at 1101 E. University Avenue, Fresno, CA 93741 pursuant to the attached minimum specifications. DSA Appl.
