Garland Gardens- Comprehensive Rehabilitation, Pre-Construction, and New Construction Fresno Housing (FH) is requesting proposals from one or more B Classification Licenses for General Contracting in the State of California, General Contractors/Construction Managers (GC/CM) for comprehensive rehabilitation, pre-construction, and new construction for the Agency's property, Garland Gardens, located at 3726 N. Pleasant Avenue in Fresno, California. It is a 51-unit affordable housing community scheduled for comprehensive rehabilitation. The site consists of 12 single-story residential buildings (five 5-plexes, six 4-plexes, and one duplex). The unit mix includes 45 two-bedroom units and 6 three-bedroom units, with one unit to be converted into a managers unit. All aspects of the building rehabilitation and construction shall comply with the minimum construction standards to ensure longevity and safety.
