Medium-to-Fine Textures Broom Finish for Parking and Drive Areas: Draw a soft bristle broom across float-finished concrete surface perpendicular to line of traffic to provide a uniform, fine-line texture. o Site Preparation: Excavation, grading and any necessary foundation work. Compliance: Ensuring all work complies with ADA guidelines, local codes and regulations. A mandatory pre-proposal meeting is not required for this project. The term of the initial agreement shall be for a period of three (3) years, tentatively commencing October 1, 2025 through September 30, 2028, with two (2) one-year optional extensions. The City will retain the option, at its sole discretion to extend the agreement. The City also reserves the right to terminate the contract at any time.
