Renovation of a water / sewer project in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Reference Number 0000395834 The existing surge tower at the Hefner Water Treatment Plant was installed as a part of Water Bond Issue 14, Project No. 5A in l 952 and provided surge protection to two water transmission mains. Since then, three additional transmission mains have been constructed along with a new High Service Pump Station (HSPS). New surge suppression systems need to be installed to cover all the transmission discharge mains from the HSPS. The HSPS must continue operation during construction. The chosen consultant will also be responsible for demolishing the existing surge tower as a separate phase of this project, which will require coordination with Cell phone companies to relocate their assets prior to demolition. Estimated Construction Cost: To be determined. Time Schedule for the above Scope of Work: Preliminary Report - Task l required within two hundred ten (210) days of Trust approval of the Notice to Proceed.
