Repair or replacement of the Headwaters No.1 Dam. TIMELINE: Request for proposals for the provision of engineering services for the project has closed an a preferred proponent is chosen. The Consultant will be responsible to coordinate or conduct an invasive geotechnical investigation, complete a detailed assessment of the dam embankment and foundation, develop engineering plans for any required remediation or replacement, and provide services during construction (e.g. contract administration, etc.).
