Repair or replacement of the Headwaters No.1 Dam. TIMELINE: Request for proposals for the provision of engineering services for the project has closed an a preferred proponent is chosen. The Consultant will be responsible to coordinate or conduct an invasive geotechnical investigation, complete a detailed assessment of the dam embankment and foundation, develop engineering plans for any required remediation or replacement, and provide services during construction (e.g. contract administration, etc.). Further update in fall 2026.
