The Assumption Parish Police Jury is requesting Statements of Qualifications from licensed professional Architectural and/or Engineering firms for comprehensive design and construction phase services for the Assumption Parish Courthouse Renovation Project located at 4809 Hwy 1, Napoleonville, LA 70390. This project is funded through the Community Development Block Grant- Disaster Recovery Program (CDBG-DR) administered by the Louisiana Office of Community Development. The selected firm will provide full architectural/engineering services including preparation of construction-ready plans and specifications, bid-phase assistance, construction oversight, and compliance with all CDBG-DR program requirements including Section 3, Davis-Bacon and Related Acts, environmental review coordination, and SHPO consultation. The courthouse, constructed in 1896, will undergo rehabilitation to address storm damage, structural deficiencies, and hazard mitigation improvements.
