Construction for the Future Belle Rose Elementary School Site Security and Building Renovations. All bids must be submitted electronically via www.centralbidding.com. The project is classified as Building Construction. Bidders must be licensed in the State of Louisiana for this type of construction and include the contractor's name and license number with the bid. Each bid must include security equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid in the form of a certified check, cashier’s check, or bid bond. The successful bidder must provide a Performance and Payment Bond for one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price and Certificates of Insurance. Uploading of bidding documents is the responsibility of the Prime Bidder. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids and waive irregularities. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held to discuss the scope, contract time, and requirements. The contractor must begin mobilization and procurement within ten (10) working days of the Notice to Proceed.
