The contractor must be licensed by the Louisiana State Contractors Licensing Board for Rigging, House Moving, Wrecking, and Dismantling, and the contractor's license number must be displayed on the sealed bid envelope. Bids must be submitted on the contract document provided. Bids may be submitted by certified or registered mail with return receipt, hand-delivered to the designated administrative office, or submitted via the specified website. Bids received after the deadline will not be considered. Specifications and contract documents are available at the administrative office.
