In general, the successful bidder will remove and dispose of the existing Community Room and Report Writing Room flooring and install new flooring at the Pueblo Municipal Justice Center located at 200 S. Main Street, Pueblo, CO, 81003. Submitted prices are to include all charges for labor, administration, materials, supplies, shipping/handling, delivery, insurance, and equipment necessary to supply the service as listed within this IFB. Award determination will be based on availability, pricing, delivery, etc. as best meets the needs of the City of Pueblo. Workmanship and material to be first quality throughout; in the absence of comment on particular points, industry standard practice should be presumed to prevail. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids for any or all items covered in the Invitation to Bid, to waive informalities or defects in bids or to accept any bid as it shall deem to be in the best interest of the City. All awards shall be contingent upon appropriation of the necessary funds and only after the receipt of a Purchase Order or Service Agreement.
