This roof is suffering damage from age-related degradation and also requires a full replacement of its traditional built-up roofing system. Pueblo Water will consider proposalsfor alternative roofing systems, provided they meet or exceed the performance of the specified direct replacement systems. If submitting alternative roofing system proposals, manufacturers' specifications and product data must be included with the bid package. Given the different roofing types and materials required for the two buildings, the following overview outlines the work to be performed. However, this is not an exhaustive list and should not be viewed as all-inclusive. Vendors are required to attend the pre-proposal meeting to take their own measurements.
