Renovation of a municipal facility in Pueblo, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
GSC Heat Pump Replacement The work shall be completed within (30) thirty calendar days from date the equipment arrives on-site. Liquidated damages in the amount of $250.00 per working day Question Deadline 09/11/2025 Bidders requiring a clarification or interpretation of the Bidding Documents shall make a written request to reach the County no later than Seven (07) calendar days prior to the date and time for receipt of bids. The successful bidder shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supervision, and incidentals necessary for the complete removal of existing Water Source Heat Pumps (WSHPs) and the procurement, installation, and commissioning of new WSHPs in coordination with the control's contractor, Global Controls. The work shall include, but not be limited to, the following: Removal and proper disposal of existing WSHP units. Procurement and delivery of new WSHP units as specified herein. Installation of new WSHP units at designated locations. Connection of new WSHP units to existing water loops (supply and return). Connection of new WSHP units to existing ductwork (supply and return). Connection of new WSHP units to existing electrical power supply. Testing and commissioning of all newly installed WSHP units to ensure proper operation and adherence to the manufacturer's specifications. Coordination with building management to minimize disruption to operations. Provision of all necessary permits and inspections.
