Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Summerside, Prince Edward Island. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.
Provide renovations to the existing building to modify existing spaces into changing rooms. The scope of work is to include all works and processes for a complete installation. The work includes all work shown on the associated project drawings, including but not limited to, new partition walls, repurposing of existing lockers (removal and reinstallation), new flooring, new ceiling tile assembly, electrical and mechanical work, and all ancillary processes and items noted on the drawings.
