The City of White House, TN (City) is seeking bids for the retrofit installation of spray-applied waterproof multi-layer polyurea coatings rated for sanitary sewer applications at three (3) sanitary sewer lift-station wet-wells and other on-site structures as specified below: "Summerlin" Lift-Station: Site address is 309 Telavera Dr, White House, TN 37188. Lat/Long 36.44859* N by -86.65383* W. Need spray-liner installation in 8' wide by 19.5' deep wet-well, plus one on-site vault approximately 6'x6'x4'. This is a suction-lift station, so no pumps inside the well to (just two suction lines). City to provide bypass of station with portable diesel-powered bypass pump at upstream manhole. Well receives flow from one (1) single gravity main. Station pumps approximately 30,000gpd in dry-weather flows. "Union Road" Lift-Station: Site address is 2539 Union Rd, White House, TN 37188. Lat/Long 34.440191* N by -86.690803* W. Need spray-liner installation in 8' wide by 21.5' deep wet-well, plus one on-site manhole (4' wide by 9' deep) inside station campus. This is a suction-lift station, so no pumps inside the well to (just two suction lines). City to provide bypass of station with portable diesel-powered bypass pump at upstream manhole. Well receives flow from one (1) single gravity main, and one small-diameter force-main cored into wet-well that City can also be bypassed during spray-lining process. Station pumps approximately 40,000gpd in dry-weather flows. "Copes Crossing" Lift-Station: No designated site address. Station is located just north of White House High School beside the City greenway trail and pedestrian bridge. Lat/Long 36.460574* N by -86.644328* W. Need spray-liner installation in 12' wide by 20.5' deep wet-well, plus two on-site vaults approximately 8'x10'x8'. Well has two 135 HP submersible pumps in it. City to provide bypass of well during spray-lining process via 3rd-party diesel-powered bypass pump with flow-through plug and hosing in wet-well. Well receives flow from one (1) single gravity main. This station currently pumps approximately 130,000gpd in dry-weather flows. Please utilize Bid form located in the attachments for price submission. Bidder to provide all materials and labor for installation of the spray-liners at the following structures: 8' diameter by 19.5' depth wet-well located at Summerlin lift-station. 6' by 6' by 4' valve vault at Summerlin lift-station. 8' diameter by 21.5' depth wet-well located at Union Rd lift-station. 4' diameter by 9' depth manhole located at Union Rd lift-station. 12' diameter by 20.5' depth wet-well located at Copes Crossing lift-station. Two (2) 8' by 10' by 8' vaults located at Copes Crossing lift-station. Excessive leak grouting (per gallon). Price to include mobilization/demobilization, scaffolding, minor leak grouting, high pressure water blasting, vac-truck for blasting debris removal, base coat primer, and multi-layer liner installation. Owner (City of White House) to provide access to potable water for pressure washing. Owner (City of White House) to provide flow bypass for 3 days at Summerlin lift-station. Owner (City of White House) to provide flow bypass for 3 days at Union Rd lift-station. Owner (City of White House) to provide flow bypass for 4 days at Copes Crossing lift-station. A pre-bid meeting is not being held for this procurement.
