Description

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Pensacola, Florida. Completed plans call for paving for a road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.

As of September 11, 2025, this project is in the design phase. A timeline for start of construction has not been determined, however, construction is estimated to be completed in Summer 2027. Engineer information has not been determined. The intent of these projects is to resurface all travel lanes, auxiliary lanes, median crossovers, and paved shoulders. Additional Improvements Include: * Resurfacing the southbound ramp from I-110 onto Garden Street. * Upgrading pedestrian features to meet current Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements. * Major drainage improvements on Garden Street from west of H Street to east of B Street. * Minor drainage improvements from B Street to the I-110 ramp will occur.
