Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Nisku, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Removal of existing wood shakes, felt interlayment and metal flashings and installing a new architectural standing seam metal roof system with underlayment over a ventilated attic space. The roof panels shall be concealed clip fastened and mechanically seamed. Contractor shall provide an engineered stamped shop drawing confirming fastening requirements of the metal panels to the roof deck. An alternate price shall be provided to include replacement of the eavestrough, related components, and downpipe.
