The Centralia Town-ship is issuing an Invitation for Bid for qualified, licensed and insured contractors to provide PLUMBING REPLACEMENT AND RESTROOM RENOVATION SERVICES at the Centralia Township office building located at 148 S. Poplar Street, Centralia, IL 62801. Bids shall be in a sealed envelope and clearly marked on the front "Centralia Town-ship Plumbing & Reno Bid". No electronically transmitted or late bids will be accepted. Bids must be submit-ted on the required forms and signed by an authorized company agent to be considered responsive to the re-quest for bids. All questions shall be submitted in writing (via email) and will be communicated to all firms responding to this IFB. Email to use is debra@centtwnship.org. The Centralia Town-ship reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, decide what products meet, exceed or are equal to specifications and to waive any technicalities. Unless all bids are rejected, the contract award will be made to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder. In determining who is the lowest responsive, responsible bidder, Centralia Township will consider all factors which it, in its discretion, deems relevant in determining such.
