Site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Rock Spring, Georgia. Completed plans call for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.
Walker County Government (hereinafter referred to as "WCG") is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to provide all necessary service and materials for the construction of a 30' x 80' storage building at the Walker County Ag Center on the Walker County Civic Center Campus, 10052 Hwy 27, Rock Spring, Georgia. (see attached map) The project must be completed 120 days after a notice to proceed is issued, unless the parties agree to an extension of time. Construction bidders are required to post performance and payment bonds in an amount equal to the contract award. All such written inquiries must be submitted by September 3, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. EDT.
