The Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ), on behalf of the 99th Readiness Division DPW, seeks to procure snow and ice removal services to maintain a clean and safe workplace environment at the Boston AFRC (Barnes Building). The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, supervision, and transportation necessary to perform snow maintenance tasks including snow removal (categorized by depth), ice melt and sanding, sidewalk clearing, stockpiling, and contract manpower reporting. Services must be performed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and are structured under a firm-fixed-price contract. The base period of performance is 12 months, with four additional 12-month option periods. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and submit proposals via the PIEE Solicitation Module. Site visits are recommended and scheduled for October 7 and 8, 2025.
