Renovation of a medical facility in Boston, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
The Lemuel Shattuck Hospital, in accordance with M.G.L. c. 149, hereby invites the submission of sealed bids for the following: DPH821726-001 SPD Sink / Medivator Modifications. Sub Bid Category Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. SCOPE OF WORK A. Provide all labor, materials, equipment and contractors services required for complete, safe installation of all fire protection work as indicated in the contract documents. B. The fire protection work shall include but not be limited to the following: 1. Selective Demolition Custom Bid Result PLumbing P.J. Dionne Co., Inc - $22,900 HVAC P.J. Dionne Co., Inc - $37,900 Electric CDS Contracting Services - $38,400 2. Core drilling, cutting and channeling for holes 6 and smaller in diameter. 3. Development of a comprehensive submittal package. 4. Development of fire protection Impairment Plan as it relates to sprinklers. 5. Fire watch, as required by Impairment Plan and / or AHJ. 6. Temporary sprinkler protection, as required by Impairment Plan and / or AHJ. 7. Installation of all equipment and systems indicated in the contract documents, including, but not limited to: a. Wet-pipe sprinkler system. 8. Fire and smoke stopping. 9. System cleaning and flushing. 10. Acceptance testing 11. System demonstration / start-up. 12. Operation and maintenance manual(s). 13. As-built drawings.
