For the following: The 2025 Maintenance Dredging Project provides for maintenance dredging/berth deepening to facilitate navigational access at the Port of Vancouver Grain Terminal Berth, Grain Terminal North, Terminal 2 (Berths 1, 2, 5 and 7), Terminal 3 (Berth 8,9), Terminal 4 (Berth 10,13,14). The project includes in-water placement of sediment at the USACE approved in-water placement area via a bottom-dump barge. All bids shall be delivered to the Port of Vancouver - Attn: Contracts, 3103 NW Lower River Road, Vancouver, Washington 98660. Bids shall be in a sealed envelope clearly stating the name of the bidder, the date of the bid opening, and appropriate wording to indicate the nature of the contents. Do not send bids by FAX or email. Bids submitted via FAX or email will not be accepted. All bid proposals must be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in cashier's check, or surety bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid proposal. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into such contract and furnish satisfactory performance bond within the time stated in the specifications, the bid proposal deposit shall be forfeited to the Port of Vancouver.
