Water Treatment Plant Removal & Replacement of Fencing. The City of Bloomington Water Department seeks to obtain competitive pricing for fencing per the specifications contained herein. The project site an area of approximately 19 acres in Hudson Township location of the City of Bloomingtons Water Treatment Plant at 25515 Waterside Way. It is an area of asphalt pavement and turfgrass surrounding the treatment facilities and buildings. This project is intended to provide relocation of perimeter fencing and access-control gates at this facility. The successful bidder will be required to provide Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount equal to 100% of the contract price, within ten (10) business days after the bid award.
