Project Library Entry Redesign Project at the Swampscott Public Library Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. The Project consists of: Demolition of existing 6' x 7' vestibule and concrete and brick outdoor patio including slabs, ramps, railings, retaining walls, planters, etc. Construction of new 7' x 15' vestibule and new outdoor patio as shown on the drawings. Replacement of existing aluminum windows with new metal-clad wood windows. The work is estimated to cost $ 990,000.00 (Base Bid: $750,000.00 - Alternates: $240,000.00) All questions by prospective Bidders as to the interpretation of the bid specifications shall be received in writing via email to the Architect, Raymond T.
