Site work for a water / sewer project in Palmer, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project consists of constructing and installing a 600,000-gallon capacity precast, prestressed, wire wound, concrete water storage tank off Jim Ash Road in Palmer, Massachusetts, with associated piping and appurtenances, a Tideflex mixing system, site clearing, paved access road, and other site work as required by the Contract Drawings and Specifications. Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. This project is subject to the Build of America, Buy America Act (BABAA) requirements under Title IX of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA), Pub. L. 117-58, 70901-70953. Absent an approved waiver, all iron, steel, manufactured products, and construction materials used in this project must be produced in the United States. Question Deadline 09/12/2025 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
