The City of Port Neches has received funding fom the TCEQ RESTORE program and the Natural Resource Trustees and is soliciting qualifications to provide engineering services for the Port Neches Boat Launch Rehabilitation Project. Specifically, the City of Port Neches is seeking to contract with a qualified engineering firm (individual/firm) to prepare all preliminary and final design plans and specifications, to facilitate the bidding and award of project, to provide contract administration, and to conduct all necessary interim and final inspections.
