Request for Qualifications for Photovoltaic (PV) Solar and Energy Storage Systems - Design, Installation, Long-Term Operations and Maintenance the Town Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Proposals Which Are Not Responsible and Responsive, in Whole or in Part, as Deemed in the Best Interests of the Town. Respondents to This Rfp Are Required to Demonstrate Qualifications in Assessing Properties for, and Then Planning, Designing, Financing, Installing, Operating, and Maintaining Solar Power Electric Generation Facilities and Energy Storage Systems. The Respondent Will Also Be Required to Submit the Qualifications of Any Entity With Which It Intends to Subcontract All or Any Work Associated With the Solar System. Respondents Should Include Options for Revenue-generation, Including Application to the Solar Massachusetts Renewable Target (Smart) 3.0 Program and Any Other Governmental Incentives. The Successful Respondent Will Be Required to Cooperate With the Town in Applying to Smart 3.0 and Any Other Incentive Program. Rfq #26-18 Photovoltaic (Pv) Solar & Energy Storage System Design, Installation, and Long-term Operations & Maintenance the Town of Lexington Seeks Proposals for the Design and Installation of Solar Photovoltaic (Pv) Systems on the Three Town-owned Properties. The Intention is for the Photovoltaic Solar and Energy Systems to Be Purchased and Owned by the Town of Lexington. At the Town's Option, the Town and the Successful Respondent May Also Engage in a Long-term Contract to Operate, Monitor, and Maintain the Systems. Proposals must include a description and location of the proposed project in compliance with laws and regulations, associated costs, preliminary solar designs, estimated kWh generation, project timelines, pricing for the design and construction of the project and post-construction monitoring of operations of the project. The Town will select a Respondent, to design, engineer, procure, install, test, commission, operate, monitor, and maintain future photovoltaic solar and energy storage systems on property currently owned by the Town of Lexington known as: (a) the Pine Meadows Golf Course, located at 255 Cedar Street in Lexington (specifically on the roof of the existing clubhouse building and on a canopy structure to be built over the over the golf cart driveway to the basement storage garage); (b) Lincoln Park Fields, located at 100 Lincoln Street in Lexington; (c) Public Services Building, located at 201 Bedford Street in Lexington; (d) Lexington Police Department Shooting Range, located at the Lexington Compost Facility at 60 Hartwell Avenue in Lexington.
