Contractors for the Phase 2 Building & Unit Electrical Service Upgrades - Westlawn The project consists of but not limited to: New kitchen & bathroom GFI receptacles, electrical load centers, extending wiring & conduit & related work @ Westlawn Housing Development. General bidders must be certified by the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) in the following category of work, Electrical, and must submit a current DCAMM Certificate of Eligibility and signed DCAMM Prime/General Contractor Update Statement. Question Deadline 09/02/2025 at 2:00 PM ET Requests for Information shall be submitted online. General bids & sub-bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit that is not less than 5% of the greatest possible bid amount & made payable to the New Bedford Housing Authority. The work is estimated to cost $360,000.00. MBE (18%), WBE (6.9%)
