DESCRIPTION: Work takes place around and in Building #60 of the Ludeman Developmental Center, located at 114 N. Orchard Dr., Park Forest, Illinois. The building is a single story facility and has general offices / administrative spaces. Work includes 1) installation of a new exterior, diesel, stand-by generator; 2) installation of a new transfer switch; 3) installation of a branch panelboard; 4) installation of feeders between the generator and transfer switch, main distribution panelboard and transfer switch and between the transfer switch and new panel; 5) installation of branch circuits from the new panelboard to the new security rack; 6) installation of battery charging and block heater circuits and necessary control wiring.
