Renovation of a military facility in Yachats, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
Furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, utilities, and necessary licenses to complete the Angell Job Corps Utilities Rehabilitation project. The scope includes reconstruction of the wastewater irrigation field, repairs and replacement of sewer lines and manholes, demolition of hydrants, replacement of DWV pipes in buildings B2888 and B2083, repairs to the wastewater treatment plant, installation of lift station floats, hangers, and alarms in building B0704, ventilation improvements in the wastewater building B0704, and installation of a solid waste interceptor in the gym building B2889. The contractor must commence work within 10 calendar days of receiving the notice to proceed and complete all work within 240 calendar days. The project is set aside for small businesses and will be awarded based on the Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation method. A bid guarantee, performance bond, and payment bond are required. Estimated Contract Magnitude: Between $250,000 and $500,000.
