Description

Renovation of a transportation facility in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.

SEPTA is seeking vendors to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary for the complete replacement of two rooftop cooling towers and associated systems at Two Penn Center, approximately 21 stories above street level. Scope of Work Includes: Pre-construction engineering, including site survey, structural analysis, and sealed drawings by a Pennsylvania-licensed engineer. Permitting and submittals for equipment, rigging, phasing, and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT). Demolition of existing systems and partial roofing as required. Installation of structural supports, new roofing, cooling towers, exhaust fan, and all related electrical systems. Testing, commissioning, and final documentation and training.
