Renovation of a military facility in Saegertown, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
The Contractor shall replace the shingle roof, gutters, and downspouts on the Bossard Building. Work includes removal and disposal of all existing roofing materials over the entire roof, including flashing, pipe boots, drip edges, shingles, and roof felt. Replacement shall consist of new roofing underlayment, ice barrier, shingles, roof ridge cap, pipe boots, louvered attic vents, and flashing around all roof penetrations. Gutters and downspouts on all eaves shall be removed and replaced with new aluminum seamless gutters with gutter guards and downspouts. A cricket shall be installed in the valleys between the entrance foyer roof and the adjacent octagonal roofs to ensure positive drainage. All materials used shall be new and meet the requirements of the specifications. Reference Photos.
